Professional Information: Marty Rader has been in the commercial real estate business since 1998. Personal Information: Marty and his wife live in Keller, Texas. Their son, daughter-in-law, and grandson live in Birmingham, AL. Marty and his wife are active members of Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas.

Bryan is a Texas real estate sales person with experience in multi-family, investment, and nonprofit real estate. He began his real estate career in Southern California serving the needs of individual investors through the acquisition and disposition of residential income, commercial, and multi-family properties. In addition, he has extensive experience raising capital, and working with nonprofit organizations on their real estate and fundraising needs.

Bryan holds a Master of Organizational Leadership degree and a BA in Business Administration. In his free time he enjoys studying business and leadership, watching sports, traveling, and hanging out with family and friends. He and his family reside in Roanoke and are members of Milestone Church.

Ken is a Texas real estate salesperson, and has been in the commercial real estate business since 2010. He has been involved in many areas of commercial construction, commercial development such as Land, Retail, Office. Ken’s past experience as a small General Contractor gives him a unique ability to interface with all types of Owners and Commercial Developers.

He has represented local corporations, Religious Organizations, Non-Profit Organizations and Small Business Owners. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, and is an active member of The Bridge Community Church, Hutto,Texas

Ben is a Texas real estate salesperson, business owner, and local restaurant owner. A native of Minnesota, he got his start in real estate in Southern California before moving to Texas in 2014. He has been an active property manager and an investor in residential real estate. He has been expanding his expertise to include more sales in the commercial realm in addition to his strong success in residential real estate.

With a degree from Purdue University, where he studied retail management in addition to organizational leadership and supervision, Ben values partnering with other success-oriented individuals and entrepreneurs. His work ethic and drive are illustrated with wins in the highly competitive restaurant business, with excellent results as a business owner, and even on the ballfield: As catcher for Purdue’s baseball team in 2003, Ben won All Big Ten Honors.

Ben and his wife serve and are members of MIlestone Church and live in Keller. They have four children – three boys and a girl – and, yes, Ben coaches their oldest son’s Elite baseball team.

Shanna Granger is a Texas Real Estate Agent who joined the DFW Realty Partners team in 2023. Shanna comes from an 18-year career working on Fort Worth’s Trinity River Vision, Panther Island project. Her experience spans from planning and design to implementation where she worked on development standards, economic development tools, placemaking and other land use, planning and branding tasks associated with redeveloping an industrial area into a mixed-use, high density riverfront neighborhood.

Shanna holds a Master of Real Estate degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing. She is certified with the American Planning Association’s American Institute of Certified Planners. Her knowledge of city planning, US Army Corps of Engineers permitting and processes provides a unique skillset that she now uses to serve commercial real estate clients and investors. Shanna is active in the Fort Worth community serving on various non-profit boards. Her and her husband JD Granger live in Fort Worth.
